TRX begins at the Y!

The Westfield YMCA is offering the latest fitness trend, TRX.
TRX is a high performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s bodyweight that is designed to facilitate an enormous range of body weight training movements for the entire body.
The Suspension Training apparatus is intended to use exercises that build true functional strength and improve flexibility, balance and core stability all at once. The TRX can be adapted for any fitness level or training goal.
